By paying the deposit for your website you agree to the following:

• You agree to pay a monthly hosting fee for your website on completion, TNT Web Design remain the copyright holder of all webites we build unless a licence to obtain the website script is bought, see below.


• If you wish to take your website hosting elsewhere and/or obtain ownership of the domain and/or access source code written by TNT Design, the full price of which you orginally payed for the website will be charged, giving you a licence to use the source code as you wish.


• Any changes or additions required after the specified design time for the chosen package which result in additional work on the website will be charged at an hourly rate.


• Payment should be given up front for changes, additions and updates to websites.


• Domains which are included any the web design package are registered for a year. You will be invoiced for the renewal of your websites domain on a yearly basis after this. If the invoice is not payed by the specified date, hosting of your website will cease until payment is received.


• Any scripts, cgi applications, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed) written by TNT Design remain the copyright of TNT Designs and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of TNT Web Design.
